You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact supportsamiol@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error was ours (wrong item, defective product, or damage upon receipt).
